Multicultural Britain Training

Our training is designed to increase confidence in teaching and learning about diversity in British culture. We discuss contemporary issues, share practical activities and explore classroom resources promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.

Sessions can include: curriculum planning, primary and secondary resources, use of appropriate language, what’s happening in the news, links to local community groups and organisations, black British history and role models.

Louise had a fantastic time working with the staff of Ascape, a Bridport-based organisation that offers support and activities for Autistic and/or socially anxious children and young people in Dorset, to help them on their inclusion journey. Clare Cameron, Co-Director of Ascape talked about Louise’s session, saying…

“I am pleased to provide a glowing recommendation for Louise Boston-Mammah, who recently conducted Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training for a diverse group comprising volunteers, activity coordinators, and leadership personnel from ASCape, a charity supporting Autistic children and their families.

Louise's training was exceptional, seamlessly blending insight with an interactive approach. Her ability to captivate the audience's attention ensured that the session was not only informative but also engaging. Louise fostered an inclusive environment where everyone felt not only safe to ask questions but also encouraged to share their personal experiences.

What truly set Louise's training apart was the warm and welcoming atmosphere she created. Participants felt a sense of security, knowing that their questions and contributions were valued and respected. This approach significantly enhanced the overall learning experience and promoted a genuine exchange of ideas. I wholeheartedly recommend Louise Boston-Mammah for any organization seeking impactful EDI training that goes beyond the conventional, creating an environment where diversity is celebrated and inclusion is embraced.”
