When: Sunday 15th October (doors open 4 pm, Megan’s talk starts 5 pm)
Where:
Queen Elizabeth School, Wimborne, BH21 4DT

Zoologist Megan McCubbin is one of the nation’s leading wildlife presenters, and one of the faces of BBC Two’s BAFTA award-winning Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Winterwatch.

We are delighted that she’ll be at Queen Elizabeth School on the 15th of October talking about her love of wildlife and why we all need to protect it. She’ll also be signing books.

Megan is a passionate scientist and adventurer who focuses on science communication as a means to raise awareness for the climate and the biodiversity we share our planet with. Passionate about empowering people to make a difference, Megan has extensive experience in research, filmmaking and photography around the globe from the plains of Africa, the oceans in the UK, the glaciers of Antarctica and beyond.

There will also be eco displays and stalls to peruse and we’re delighted to say we’ll be there so do pop along and say hello.

Tickets: £10 (£2 for 18 years and under, 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult).

Tickets are available online at Eventbrite or from the Fair Ground shop (cash only) in the Corn Market.
