DEED also offers a range of pupil workshops for all Key Stages around the themes of Multicultural Britain, Identity, Equality and Diversity, and Anti-bullying.

These include

  • Creating portraits and images to explore identity as well as similarities and differences
  • Multicultural Britain timeline to map immigration and emigration in Britain over the past 3,000 years
  • Classroom activities using images and posters of children from around Britain to challenge negative stereotypes and build positive images of diversity in the UK
  • Use of DEED’s 'Its Your Choice' DVD which promotes individual action to tackle racism and discrimination
