Identity and Diversity: Multicultural Britain
DEED offers a variety of staff training and pupil workshop packages designed to meet the needs of schools to promote Inclusion, Race Equality, Cultural Diversity, Anti-bullying and Equal Opportunities across all age ranges and curriculum areas.
Our programmes explore life in the UK and reflect upon diversity both locally and nationally, with the aim of challenging negative stereotyping and promoting respect for similarities and difference.

Sharing of classroom activities and ideas that explore similarities and differences

Understanding the guidelines for tackling racism, bullying and discrimination

Developing approaches for implementing and embedding race equality, cultural diversity and community cohesion in whole school policies and the curriculum
