About Us
DEED is the leading provider of Global Education services across the county of Dorset.
With over twenty eight years experience of promoting Global Education, DEED offers professional curriculum and whole school support, training and resources to schools, other education settings and the wider community.
DEED works with teachers and educators to encourage children and young people to understand and respect diversity and people’s varied ways of life around the world; to recognise the forces that link us all to each other and to work towards greater justice and equality for all.
DEED’s programme of work is designed to support and enhance all aspects of your teaching from a global perspective and to explore the big issues in the world in order to encourage children of all ages to develop self awareness and a positive attitude to taking responsible action.
DEED offers a wide range of in-service training and pupil workshops as well as loans of resource collections and exhibitions. DEED can also offer a bespoke service to meet your needs and a Subscription scheme to help you make the most of our services.
‘DEED made a real difference to the personal development of our children. The work of the organisation was picked up by the OFSTED team in our recent inspection and helped secure our Grade 1 in this aspect!’
